  • What is your return policy? Each item is made to order with care, and we do not keep ready-made stock in-house. As a result, we are unable to accept returns. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us—we’re here to help!  hello@fanwearzone.com
  • This is so cool! How do I get my Team/School their own FWZ page? Shoot as an email with general ideas of what you'd like on your FWZ page, your graphic/logo in PNG or SVG format, and we will get a FWZ page up and running for you! BONUS POINTS! If you are a non-profit we are happy to donate 10% of sale proceeds back to your organization!  hello@fanwearzone.com
  • Can I request new/different items?  Yes! Feel free to email us with any additional items you'd like to see added to your Team/School's FWZ. If we have approval to do so we are happy to add additional items.  hello@fanwearzone.com
  • The seasons have changed, how do I get new seasonal items added to our store front? Feel free to email us and we will gladly add appropriate items to your FWZ page!  hello@fanwearzone.com
  • How do I wash my garments: You should receive a garment care card with each order, but in case you need the information here is how to care for your garments: 

Printed Garments: Wash your garments inside out, with like colors and textures. *If your garment has zippers or buttons, do not wash inside out.* Avoid using harsh detergents, OxiClean, or any detergent containing OxiClean. Hang or Air Dry your garments. If you must dry in the dryer, use the lowest temperature setting on your machine. Do not iron over printed image.

Embroidery: Wash and dry according to care instructions on the garment.

  • I would like to place a bulk order for some other merchandise, how do I do that? We are happy to help! Please email our parent company with your request and we can get that ball rolling for you!
